How do I lose weight playing video games? Do I need the Wii?
I’m hoping to lose a little weight and have fun doing it by playing video games. Should I use Dance Dance Revolution– is that fun? Can it count calories? Thanks!

After downloadin a video game (for wii) in what format is the program supposed to be written (usin dvd burner)
I tend to use Nero to write to a dvd (the video games I am downloading are about 4 gigs and only fit on dvds) so I was wondering what format would be acceptable to write to so my wii could read it. If there is another program that writes in game format that would be great to know!
