I just beat this game today. I beat needle man first… I also found the Wily boss… easy. I used the megabuster and rush jet for the first one, and I used the hand thing to kill the the first helmet on the second wily boss and then just kept jumping over wily with the snake thing in the second helmet. The ending was so cheesy though, “That whistle… it must have been… Protoman!” I then started playing seven *blech* that’s it! I’m through with the later mega mans! 8-bit awesomeness FTW!
